Does anyone know anything about tubes tied, and having pregnancy symptoms?

I had my tubes tied almost 2 1/2 yrs ago, but now I am having ankle swelling, nipple leakage, just lil not much, increased appetite, diarhea, and moodier, tenderness, is it possible or do you know something else that could be causing this/?
