Is http://user-guides.co.uk a trusted website for downloading drivers. HELP!?

Hi I recently came across a " Compaq Presario SR5710F " Computer. It was originally running vista but since the hard drive failed it is now recently running Windows XP SP3. The sound card isn't working properly neither is NIC because the manufacture drivers are ment for Vista and NOT XP . Is http://user-guides.co.uk/ a trusted website to download drivers from? if not, do you recommend anywhere? Thanks!
