A good idea for a book?

I feel sure I would read it, although I would put the age as teenage to young adult reading. I am interested in why it is forbidden, whether the other person responds accordingly, how they come to terms with the situation, keep their love hidden and how the love match develops. (So yes, is the short answer!)
