String buzz! need help!?

On my squier stratocaster I have dimebag DR 10 gauge and on the 9+ frets there's an annoying buzz! Frets 11+ aren't even audible! Why is it doing this? Is it the neck? Or a bad string? ( the buzz is only on low E)
