I need to know if this is considered ?

I was at a frat party last night, where I have gone before. I am in college, and I have a drinking problem (of this I am aware and trying to get help). I drank enough to be drunk but not enough to p out...I let someone fill up my beer cup and became extremely "drunk". I am not sure if my cup was drugged but I have never felt that way before. I start to feel extremely drunk and am unable to stand. The boy filling my cup all night takes me to his house uring me I can have a place to sleep. I begin throwing up and p out in the bathroom. The boy comes in and practically carries me to a his bedroom. After that I can't remember anything but the next morning I wake up naked and know that there was ual .I cannot remember giving consent or even having , but there is no question with the way I feel and the things his friends said to me today. Is this ? I in no way want to press charges or anything but I just need to know what that is considered. I am embared and ashamed and I just need to know what that is considered. Thanks.
