What's with the "Miss me yet?" thing with George W Bush?

That guy expanded the size of government. Exploded the Budget. Bogged us down in two quagmire wars, and nearly destroyed the Republican party. He comes back on TV a few months ago and says the best moment of his presidency is when he caught a friggin Trout. Half the Republicans that got elected in 2010 said in their speeches that the "Republican party has been given a second chance". I don't think the Republicans want to go into the 2012 presidential elections trumpeting this "miss me yet?" slogan.
