Do you think that this Danish psychologist's insight into Islamic culture is correct?

I've read other opinions that seem to agree with this. There is a old middle eastern joke i'm told that if a young man has not yet grown facial hair he best watch out for the inman. Also understand that marriage between even first cousins is highly acceptable.
