Does anyone else get annoyed with members of the public feeding horses?

I don't have any horses but I can defiantly see where that could be a big problem. Is there a way you could build or put up a non see through fence? A way people around the path couldn't see or feed your horses. Maybe try putting up some kind of barrier, putting distance between the horses and the path way. Not to say it's gonna stop them from throwing food over the fence but if they can't see the horses, they may be less inclined to feed them. Good luck
