I want to consolodate my debts.?

As all of my existing borrowing has been done on an unsecured basis, I am finding it difficult to source a company who will help consolodate my debts. I earn approximately �27500 per year. I would require to borrow �27500 to clear the debts in question. As I have no security and therefore cannot offer security on any consolidation loan, my mother who owns her own property in it's entirety (with no outstanding mortgage etc.) has offered to stand as guarantor for any consolodation loan that I can source. Can anyone or any organisation help me in my quest please?.
