Know of any good graphic novels?

Recently I've found that I like graphic novels, and I dont know of many. I've really only been reading ones that are coming out as movies, and it makes me feel like such a poser (yea, outdated term probably, deal with it). So, could anyone suggest some good ones? I'd like the titles and a brief description if' you'd kindly oblige. I've read and liked the Scott pilgrim series, Kick ***, Marvel Zombies, and watchmen. I'd be open to any genre, really.
