Could be either. Either he really likes you and since he's a player is treating you like all those other girls or you are just another one of those girls. BUT... since he's one of your brothers friends, it would be dangerous to their friendship if he was just going to make you 'one of those girls', so that plays into your favor, because if he's smart he would've already thought about that. (That is unless your brother really hates you.)
