Should I take these cles for nursing school?

I was wanting to go to school for lpn. They would not let me take any of the pre requiests for the lpn program because I did not have a high enough ACT score. They put me in Sociology, beginning Algebra,Principles of Biology and Principles of Biology Lab 1, and Human Growth and Development. Should I take these cles.
