A trick to induce a closeted gay guy to make the first move for you?

For you brainstormers,what should be the trick to incite a guy,who you think might be a closeted gay(and most probably he is),to make the first move of talking with you or forming a relationship? SUGGEST SOME REAL AND QUICK STUFE please...because i just cant gather the courage to talk to him first and remember we wont talk about love or the first time because,as obvious it is,we are both closeted gay in an orthodox town.
