What EXACTLY is the President doing?

You obviously aren't paying attention to the news. Yesterday, the President signed the Defense Appropriations Bill, a piece of legislation that will reduce waste in the Pentagon, improve supplies for our troops in the field, ended production of several weapons systems (including the F-22) which had become unneeded or redundant. But you say he's doing nothing. Actually, you aren't READING the news and keeping up.
