What to do in this situation i never had a boyfriend and i think i finally found someone help im scared?

ok there is this guy at work he is a tsa inspector( we work at the airport)who i think may like me he is always looking at me, when he sees me he looks directly at my eyes and wink gently,yesterday i thought he was going to do a challenge that is his job to see if we are doing our job well. i told him were is your id and he said no its ok not in here and i know there is a connection but im scared i never had a boyfriend before and he is shy when he said not in here i notice he took a deep breath and said that. so what do i need to do i scared and its my first time and he is shyand im shy too but we know something is going on let me know what to do please oh iim 23 and he is like 29 something like that..remember this is my first time..
