SO comfused!!! Photoshop?

i just downloaded adobe photoshop cs2 and it came up with all these folders how do i open it, i cant get to adobe photoshop!! theres like 40 different folders. Was I suppose to do something before i just downloaded it? Because i just went on the site and dowloaded it and followed the steps.
